If you are a final user of the Thermomix, we advise against buying this replacement.

If you are a technician and you know the repair or refresher procedures and you want to proceed with the purchase, we suggest you:

• Check the serial and send it tosupport@ennebiservice.it There may be different versions, in this case we will indicate the right card.
• The exchange is new, it is tested by the parent company before being distributed. So the possibilities that do not work are close to zero, instead very frequent assembly or programming errors that compromise its operation.
• The spare part is equipped with particular seals that are violated automatically at the time of assembly for this cannot be returned.
