INGREDIENTS
1 kg of pharynous potatoes boiled in salted water, boiling
1 garlic
300 ml of cooking cream
1 C of small walnut flour
0.5 t of salt
4 C of Sbrinz or grated Parmesan
PREPARATION
Clear the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes.
Pass the potatoes still hot in the Salad Maker potato and then pour them into a bowl.
Arrange the potatoes overlapping them slightly in the previously prepared baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
Mix the cream, flour, nutmeg and cheese and season with salt.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Cooking: about 15 min. in the center of the oven
